Teleo is a web application that runs on any modern browser with an internet connection. Providers can use Teleo on any computer (laptop or desktop), and clients or patients can join from either a mobile device (Android or iPhone), computer or tablet. For an optimal experience, we recommend the following minimum requirements for your device:

• One of the following web browsers, updated to a version released within the last two years
  • Google Chrome version 100+
  • Safari version 15.4+
  • Mozilla Firefox version 99+
  • Microsoft Edge version 100+
• A reliable internet connection with a bandwidth of at least 5 mbps
• At least a 2.0 GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM
